Vertical Machining Centers (VMC)

Essential Responsibilities:

A willingness and ability to plan and meet performance expectations in a multi-tasking and team-oriented environment
Set-up your own tools when necessary
Must be able to read blueprints and have good math skills.
Knowledge and ability to edit G&M codes
Perform setups and adjust offsets as needed
Be able to read micrometers, calipers, gauges and inspect work against blueprints and / or CAD Model
Driven to resolve problems and help others
Must have a good attitude and work well with others
Must have own tools
Operation of a horizontal machining center (HMC) a strong plus but not necessary (possible training opportunities for the right candidate)
Conversational control programming capabilities a strong plus but not necessary (possible training opportunities for the right candidate)
Mastercam programming capabilities a strong plus but not necessary (possible training opportunities for the right candidate)
