Duties will include but not be limited to: Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and/or receiving duties which may require the use of hand trucks, forklifts, and other devices, as well as computers to maintain data. Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment. Verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials; prepares records of materials shipped and bills of lading; routes materials to destinations. May layout, fabricate, and assemble nonstandard shipping crates and boxes, and prepare parts and tooling for special shipment. Requires delivery of material via company truck. Basic Qualifications: High School diploma. REQUIREMENTS: * High school diploma * 5+ years CNC Machining, Mill experience * Conventional Machining experience DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT WILL NOT BE LIMITED TO: * Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery. * Adjust machine setting to complete tasks according to specification accurately and in a timely fashion. * Set up and operate computer numerical controlled lathes and mills. * Create and edit operating procedures. * Work from drawings, sketches, engineering drawings, and verbal or written instructions given by Supervisor, Programmer or Team Leader. * Reads programs and follows the operation sequence and cutters path. * Work from blueprints and sketches. * Use precision measuring instruments to check dimensional accuracy of work. * Maintain clean, orderly and safe work area and ensure proper handling of tools, equipment and stock to prevent loss. * Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. * Observe and comply with all safety regulations and company policies.
